Have you ever been found tremendous beauty in what seems like an ordinary everyday moment?

“Komorebi”is a Japanese term which translates to “sunlight filtering through the leaves of trees” and that is one of the quiet moments in life that I’ve always loved and wanted to capture in paint. The Coloration Collection was inspired by this dance of color and shape and light. Coloration #25 features hand applied gold leaf and is accented with a touch of iridescence that catches the light and shimmers in a magical way.

Created with professional grade watercolors and metallic leaf on cotton watercolor paper, each painting is unique. Grab just one as each painting stands on it’s own or grab a few…they all work harmoniously when grouped with 1 or more from the collection.

This is the second edition of my non objective pieces and is the first to feature metallic leaf. These pieces are for sale for a limited time only. No prints will be made. Please note that color will appear different on various screens so the actual color of these pieces may vary slightly from what you see here.

Shipping Policy: Pick up is available for local collectors and insiders, please choose this option at checkout and I will contact you directly to arrange for pick up. Shipping for is  done through USPS and a tracking number will be provided when available. Originals will ship within 48 hours of purchase. Once an order leaves my studio I have no control over USPS and UPS therefore I am not responsible for delay, damage, or any other unexpected issues that occur while in the hands of the shipper. If your order is damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately and provide photos so a claim can be filed with the shipping agent.
