How can I purchase a painting?

If the painting is listed for sale one my website simply add it to your cart and complete the check out process. If you follow me on Instagram or Threads and have seen images of a painting that is not listed on my website please email me at hello@catherinekiff-vozza.com to inquire if it’s available or when it will be..

Do you take commissions?

Yes I absolutely do. I currently take commissions as my calendar will permit. For more details on subject matter, pricing and how to get the process started please click here.

Framing

Do I frame your artwork? Well honestly that depends….you can find info about whether a particular painting is framed or not by reviewing the specific product listing.

Cancellation, Refunds And Return Policy

All sales are final. If you choose to cancel your custom r order, Catherine Kiff-Vozza will retain the full cost of the painting. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me directly: at hello@catherinekiff-vozza.com

Shipping

Print orders ship within 7 business days, usually a lot less. Please contact me or review your terms of purchase for shipping times for custom orders.

Shipping for most items including all prints in th print shop is typically done through USPS and a tracking number will be provided when available. Custom illustration orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. If your order is a rush order please contact me directly to discuss shipping and ensure I can accommodate your deadline. Once an order leaves my studio I have no control over USPS and UPS therefore am not responsible for delay, damage, or any other unexpected issues that occur while in the hands of the shipper. If your order is damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately and provide photos so a claim can be filed with the shipping agent. Steps to correct damaged custom illustration order will be determined on a case by case basis. Prints from The Print Shop will be replaced if prints are available if reasonable damage can be proven by the customer.

Copyright and ownership of artwork

Catherine Kiff-Vozza owns the copyright to all artwork both on this website and as created and/or sold to customers and my work is protected under copyright law. My artwork may not be reproduced or resold with an agreement with me outlining the terms of sale and reproduction. I reserve the right to post any and all work created for clients on my website, social media accounts, and blog as well as third party websites and publications for the purpose of promoting myself. My work may not be posted without permission and proper credit given. Any violations of my copyright will be actively pursued.
